All bank statement PDFs are transmitted directly to Anthropic's API for real-time analysis. They are never written to any Zeneth database. Only structured results (revenue figures, scores) are stored — never raw statements.

All analysis outputs are AI-generated for preliminary screening purposes only. They do not constitute a formal underwriting decision, lending commitment, or guarantee of funding. All results must be independently verified by a qualified financial professional before any funding decision is made.
The platform is for internal use by licensed brokers, ISO shops, and underwriting professionals. You may not resell or sublicense access, use outputs for regulatory reporting without verification, or upload fraudulent documents.
Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. Zeneth reserves the right to adjust credit pricing with 30 days notice.
You retain ownership of all data you upload. We do not use your client data to train AI models.
Zeneth Pro LLC's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These terms are governed by Florida law. Disputes shall be resolved in Osceola County, Florida.
