Bank statements uploaded to Zeneth UW Suite are processed entirely in real-time memory and are never saved, logged, or stored on any server or database. Once analysis is complete, all document data is permanently discarded.
Zeneth Pro LLC ("Zeneth") operates the Zeneth Underwriting Suite at zeneth-uw.com. Contact: contact@zenethpro.com
We collect email address, name, and encrypted password on registration; usage data (business name, analysis type, verdict, score) stored in your history; and credit transaction records for billing. If you sign in with Google, we also receive your Google account's name, email address, and profile picture URL from Google. We also log basic visit metadata for security and analytics purposes: IP address, approximate geolocation (city/region/country derived from the IP via third-party services), browser, device type, network/ISP/ASN, and referring URL. We do NOT collect bank account numbers, routing numbers, SSNs, full financial statements, or any PII about your clients.
All bank statement PDFs are transmitted directly to Anthropic's API for real-time analysis. They are never written to any Zeneth database. Only structured results (revenue figures, scores) are stored. Raw statements are never persisted.
To provide underwriting analysis services, maintain your account and analysis history, process credit purchases, and communicate service updates. We do not sell your data to third parties.
Analysis reports are available for 30 days then automatically expire. Uploaded bank statement PDFs are never persisted server-side per the zero-retention notice at the top of this page; only the structured analysis output (revenue figures, qualification, score) is retained for the 30-day window. You may request full account deletion by emailing contact@zenethpro.com.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest via Supabase with row-level security.
You may access, correct, or delete your account data at any time. Email contact@zenethpro.com. We respond within 30 days.
We use RB2B, a B2B visitor identification service, on our public marketing pages to identify which companies (and where available, individual professionals via LinkedIn) visit zeneth-uw.com from corporate IP addresses. RB2B works by matching the visitor's IP address against its B2B contact database; no information you provide on the site is sent to RB2B. Identification only succeeds for visitors on US corporate networks whose IP-to-company match is already in RB2B's database. Residential, mobile, and anonymized (VPN / iCloud Private Relay) visitors are not identified.
To perform this identification, the RB2B pixel loads and exchanges data with third-party identity and analytics partners on our behalf. These partners may include LiveIntent / LiveRamp (audience identity graph, served from liadm.com), browser-environment signals services (such as usbrowserspeed.com), and other identity-graph CDNs (such as alocdn.com). Together with RB2B, these partners may use cookies, browser fingerprinting, and IP-based matching to associate your visit with a business profile. We do not control these partners' data practices independently of RB2B's contract with them. A current list of RB2B's sub-processors and their privacy practices is available via RB2B's Privacy Policy.
You can opt out of RB2B identification via the link at the bottom of the RB2B privacy page, or by emailing us at contact@zenethpro.com and we will exclude your profile from our reports.
Zeneth UW Suite offers sign-in via Google through two surfaces: the "Continue with Google" button in our sign-in modal, and Google's One-Tap prompt, which may appear automatically in your browser when you are signed into a Google account and have not yet created or logged into a Zeneth account. When the prompt is displayed, or when you click the button, Google receives a request indicating you visited zeneth-uw.com. If you choose to sign in, Google shares your email address, name, and profile picture URL with us so we can create or link your Zeneth account. You can dismiss the One-Tap prompt with the close button; dismissing does not create an account. Google's handling of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. You can disable One-Tap entirely from your Google account settings or via your browser's third-party sign-in controls.
