MCA Broker Software

Built for brokers, not enterprise funders.

Most MCA software is built for enterprise funders with six-figure software budgets. Zeneth UW Suite is built for the rest of us: independent brokers, small ISO shops, and funding advisory firms. Fast underwriting, flexible team accounts, Plaid integration, soft pull credit, custom lender config, and no contracts. Start free in 60 seconds.

The broker's dilemma: enterprise tools for an individual problem.

If you have shopped for MCA broker software recently, you know the landscape. On one end you have enterprise platforms (Cloudsquare, Centrex, LendSaaS, timvero) that bundle CRM, underwriting, loan servicing, syndication, and reporting into one system. These are excellent products built for serious funders managing hundreds of deals a month with a team of underwriters, ops people, and developers. They also cost $500 to $5000 a month minimum, require 2 to 6 weeks of onboarding, and expect you to be a Salesforce shop.

On the other end you have point tools like MoneyThumb, Heron, and Statement Shield, which do bank statement parsing well but stop there. You still need to manually review the output, match to lenders yourself, track deals in a separate system, and figure out your own workflow.

Zeneth UW Suite is built for the broker in between. You are not running a 50-person funding operation. You are running a 1 to 10 person shop, closing 10 to 100 deals a month, and you need software that respects that scale. That means pay-per-use pricing, no contracts, no demos, and no Salesforce dependencies. It also means the software needs to be best-in-class at the part brokers care most about: turning bank statements into funded deals.

The Zeneth broker workflow, end to end.

Here is what a typical deal looks like for a broker using Zeneth UW Suite.

STEP 01

Merchant submits application

Lead comes in through your usual channel: LinkedIn, email, your website, paid ads, or a referral. You collect the basic info and request bank statements.

STEP 02

Statements or Plaid connect

Merchant either emails you the last 6 months of statements, or you send a Plaid link and they authenticate with their bank in 60 seconds.

STEP 03

Drag and drop into Zeneth

You drag the PDFs (or pull the Plaid data) into Zeneth. Analysis starts. You go pour a coffee. Analysis finishes before you sit back down.

STEP 04

Review the verdict

Full report: revenue, NSFs, stacking, factor rate guidance, and top 5 lender matches. You decide whether to submit, and to whom.

STEP 05

Submit to lenders

Export the PDF report with your agency branding and submit to the top matched lenders. The report pre-answers 80% of the questions lenders would ask.

STEP 06

Get funded, earn commission

Lender approves, funds, and you earn your commission. Total broker time on underwriting: 5 minutes instead of 45.

ROI for an independent broker.

Here is what the time math looks like for a broker closing 20 deals a month.

Manual underwriting time per deal
45 min
baseline
Zeneth underwriting time per deal
5 min
40 min saved
Deals analyzed per month

Hours saved per month
13.3 hours
Cost of Zeneth for 20 deals (6-mo analyses)
~$100
Effective hourly "cost" of time saved
$7.50/hr
Net: 13 hours back, for $100
Worth it

Beyond pure time savings, the accuracy gain means fewer declined deals from missed stacking or bad revenue classification. A broker earning $1000 to $3000 per funded deal recovers Zeneth's entire annual cost in one extra closed deal.

Features designed for the broker workflow.

Team accounts and shared credit pools

If you run an ISO shop or a small brokerage, you can sign up as a Company account. The admin (you) buys credits into a shared pool and invites reps by email. Each rep sees only their own deal history and their own balance. The admin sees everyone's. You control who can run analyses and how many credits each rep has access to. This removes the administrative overhead of individual broker accounts while still maintaining visibility into each rep's pipeline.

Custom lender configuration

The platform ships with 30+ built-in lenders covering the major MCA funders, equipment finance companies, SBA programs, and factoring shops. But every broker has their own preferred lender network. You can add your own lenders one at a time through a form, or upload a CSV with up to several hundred at once. Each custom lender scores alongside the built-ins in every analysis, and you can configure each lender's criteria (minimum revenue, NSF tolerance, industry exclusions, factor rate range, etc.).

Plaid integration (bring your own credentials)

Skip the PDF upload entirely. Connect your own Plaid account in broker settings, generate a client-specific link, and send it to your merchant. Merchant authenticates with their bank in under a minute. You get 12 months of real transaction data instantly. Faster than email chains asking for statements, and more accurate since you are reading live data, not potentially edited PDFs. Because you use your own Plaid credentials, we do not mark up Plaid fees; you pay Plaid directly at their rates.

Soft pull credit check

Layer a soft pull credit check onto any analysis. Returns the merchant's FICO band, open tradelines summary, and public record flags (bankruptcies, tax liens, judgments) without affecting their credit score. Use it to pre-qualify leads before investing broker time, or to add a credit dimension to the underwriting verdict.

White-label PDF report export

Every analysis can be exported as a polished PDF report. Configure it with your agency logo and brand colors. Send it to merchants to explain the verdict, or to lenders as part of the submission package. The report reads like it came from a professional underwriting shop, because it did.

Deal history and search

Every analysis you run is saved to your dashboard for 15 days (configurable). Search by merchant name, business type, verdict, or revenue range. Revisit old analyses when a deal goes quiet and comes back to life three weeks later.

If you are a funder with a 50-person team, get Cloudsquare or Centrex. If you are a high-volume funder already on Salesforce, stick with your stack and add Heron for parsing. If you are an independent broker or a small ISO, Zeneth is built for you.

What brokers actually say about the workflow.

For solo brokers

If you are a one-person operation, the two biggest pain points are capacity (you can only personally review so many deals) and isolation (you do not have a senior UW to second-guess your read on a deal). Zeneth solves both. Capacity expands because each analysis takes 60 seconds instead of 45 minutes. The isolation piece gets solved because the AI serves as a second opinion: if you think the deal looks clean but Zeneth flags a stacking concern, that is worth a closer look.

For 2 to 10 person ISO shops

For small teams, the biggest friction is consistency. Different reps underwrite the same deal differently depending on experience. One rep might miss a stacking signal that another would catch. Zeneth enforces consistency by running every deal through the same analysis pipeline. The admin also gets team visibility: who ran what analysis, which deals are progressing, where credit consumption is going.

For funding advisory firms

Advisory firms often pre-qualify leads before deciding whether to accept a client. Zeneth accelerates this triage: a 60-second analysis tells you within a minute whether the business is fundable, and at roughly what size. You can turn away bad leads early without wasting a 30-minute consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is MCA broker software?

MCA broker software is a platform that helps merchant cash advance brokers run the end-to-end deal workflow: collect merchant information, analyze bank statements, detect stacking, match deals to lenders, and track submissions. The better platforms also handle team management, credit pooling, and communication with merchants via Plaid or soft pull credit checks. The goal is to turn a broker from a one-person spreadsheet operation into an automated deal machine.

Is Zeneth UW Suite a CRM?

Zeneth UW Suite is underwriting and deal analysis software, not a full CRM. It integrates with existing CRMs like GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and HubSpot. Brokers typically use Zeneth for the underwriting step and their existing CRM for pipeline and client management. If you need both in one, let us know through the enterprise inquiry form and we can discuss a custom build.

Can my team share credits?

Yes. Company accounts let an admin buy credits into a shared pool and invite team members by email. Reps see only their own balance and deals while the admin sees the full team. This is how ISO shops with 3 to 30 reps typically use the platform. Sign up as a Company account during registration to enable this.

How does it integrate with my existing CRM?

Zeneth UW Suite exports underwriting results as PDF reports that you can attach to deals in your CRM. API integrations for GoHighLevel, Salesforce, and HubSpot are in development. If you need a specific CRM integration today, reach out through the enterprise inquiry form on the homepage.

What makes Zeneth different from CRM-integrated MCA tools like Cloudsquare or Centrex?

Cloudsquare, Centrex, and LendSaaS are enterprise platforms that bundle CRM, underwriting, and loan servicing. They are great for funders managing a large portfolio but overkill and expensive for independent brokers and small ISOs. Zeneth is focused: it does underwriting extremely well at pay-per-use pricing, and plays nicely with whatever CRM you already have. No $5000 monthly minimums, no implementation consultants.

Do I have to install anything?

No. Zeneth UW Suite runs entirely in the browser. Works on Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge, on desktop or mobile. No downloads, no Chrome extension, no Salesforce AppExchange install.

Can I cancel anytime?

There is nothing to cancel. Zeneth is pay-per-use. You buy credits when you need them. If you do not use the platform for a month, you pay nothing. If you stop using it entirely, your credits remain in your account forever (they do not expire). There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, no commitment.
